1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (UAE) We offer fast delivery across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates:

  • Standard Shipping: 2 – 4 Business Days (Free for orders over 150 AED, otherwise 15 AED).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across the UAE.

3. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification with a tracking number to follow your delivery status.
